I AM - Strong
The focus of this 3-class series is to build strength and resiliency in the body, beginning with the core, hips and knees. Each class will include a warm-up, strength building and conditioning, cool-down and savasana.
As a former world class athlete, I have spent years lifting weights. But the rigorous training that I did when I was in my teens and 20's is no longer appropriate for my body. The wisdom of age and years of practice have revealed a new path of strength training that I believe is suitable for all.
