This year, part of the net proceeds will go to CancerCare Manitoba for Head & Neck Cancer patients, in memory of Dr. Spiegel, who played Mr. Mushnik in the dentists' production of Little Shop of Horrors in 2011.

Holder of a Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra ‘Golden Baton Award’, pianist Irmgard Baerg is well known as concert pianist, CBC performer and collaborative keyboard musician. She is heard on the CBC as soloist in Victor Davies’ Mennonite Piano Concerto recorded in England with the London Symphony Orchestra in 1989. Her CD, Clara Schumann: A Compelling Portrait, was released in 1997. 
...a classic affair features the works of Sonia Eckhardt Grammatte, in addition to the music of Chopin, Schumann and Mendelssohn.

There will be vehicles available for elders during the walk.

An All Nations Medicine Walk to raise awareness about sexual exploitation of women and girls in Manitoba, and to cleanse the streets where women and girls have been found murdered and sexually exploited through the sex trade.

We need to bring our families to show them that we care
AND that we need to teach them to stop violence against women and children!

The Walk will begin at the Thunderbird House.  We are going to target Isabel St in Central, then walk to the West End and target Sargent Ave, then over the Arlington bridge and walk on Pritchard Ave, then back down to the Thunderbird House.
