Elizabeth grew up in Flin Flon, surrounded by rocky outcrops, lakes and the never ending boreal forest.
We spent our summers at the cabin on Big Island Lake. Our cabin is accessible only by boat and isolated from any other habitations on the lake. This is my place of "Peace". I use watercolour, acrylics, pastel, encaustic and mixed media on different surfaces but my goal is always the same - to give the viewer a respite from this busy world and take them momentarily, at least, to a peaceful place.
