The event is to help fund this year’s Pow Wow on November 19, at the Indian & Métis Friendship Center, to honour children who died as a result of violence. 

Portions of proceeds from CD sales will be donated to the Red Robe Women Drum Society Singers and REDress Project. 

The Red Robe Women Drum Society Singers is an all women's drum group who travel and sing together on a Women’s Traditional Big Drum. They will be to traveling to West Virginia for an International Women’s Big Drum Gathering. 

Local music producer Shawn Hossack draws attention to the plight of those who are lost to violence. 
Not Alone, the memorial song, is mixed and mastered by North Pole Sound Design and is produced by ALImar Studios. Not Alone will also be released in select stores and through iTunes July 18.
