Carl Beam & Ron Paley

There's lots happening at the Winnipeg Art Gallery, located at 300 Memorial Boulevard.

Free public opening of Carl Beam exhibition
Wednesday, June 29 · 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Carl Beam is considered one of Canada's leading contemporary Aboriginal artists.
His work bridges the philosophies and traditions of both Western and Anishinabek worlds.

The North American Iceberg was championed as the National Gallery of Canada’s first acquisition of an artwork created by a contemporary First Nations artist. It has since become recognized as a coming of age for contemporary Indigenous art in Canada.

This is a great show for us to have on view all summer!
