The Business of Being an Artist
This workshop will illuminate the business aspects of finding work in theatre and the various means artists can use to promote themselves. If you are an actor, director, designer, or stage manager then this workshop is for you!

Theatre Director Ann Hodges (RMTC, Manitoba Opera, PTE) will cover the attributes of successful resumes and headshots, the types of networking, self-promotion, and professional etiquette.

Andrea del Campo (Founding member of Outside Joke, working actor, and Social Media for Theatre Projects Manitoba) will share how to ‘brand’ yourself successfully. 

A professional expert from the Women’s Enterprise Centre of Manitoba will tackle the business perspective of marketing yourself. 
Followed by a reception and chance to network!
